Here is what's in 10.31C:
In ADIF import, translate SSTV to AM.
Eliminate RST from Cabrillo output for VHF contests.
BARTG Cabrillo output includes SENT time.
Added logging simulator that reads ADIF and uses that to drive WriteLog.
Typing into an Entry window while a CQ is in progress aborts the message
on
all modes (including SSB).
Incoming spots do not scroll the packet window.
Tag spots with their time in Packet window.
Changed the behavior of IcomForceSplit. If you liked the old behavior
then
you need to change your setting of this option from (1) to (2).
Added INI entries to override the Icom rig address for all Icom rigs.
