I've paid the upgrade fee the past two January's and have never received
directions on how to download the full install kit. It sure would be nice to
know this information. BTW, My original install was 9.27 and I've done all the
upgrades except for the most recent and never got a "member not found" error.

Which begs the question, how will one know that in advance? Are
we supposed to track our 12 month period, or will we get a
reminder in good time?
