Hi All,
Recently I upgraded my motherboard, but wanted to retain my existing
hard-drive. The H/Drive had a fully functioning version of Writelog, which I
am subscribed to, (10.31).
However upon running Writelog, the program appeared to start up okay at
first, then when I tried selecting 'Start a new log' or 'Open recently
used', the program hung.
I decided the next step would be to un-install Writelog.
Next I re-installed version 10.26, which is a full version (and not 10.31
which was a subsequent upgrade).
The installation appeared to have gone okay - no error messages were noted.
However when I try to run Writelog now, the program does not start, and I am
presented with the following error message in a dialogue box:
