[WriteLog] SARTG scoring

Have you tried that for the SARTG? When I do it, (by the way, it's called
"Parameter Setup") I get the contest score sheet, and that's all. No place
to enter Name or Location.

I checked some old contests, and they all had a space to enter the location,
but not this one. This may be the source of the scoring problem.
