[WriteLog] Wavefile sampling rate adjustment?

Is there a way to change the wavefile generation sampling rate? The =
problem I'm having is the current rate(recorded via the shift-Function =
Key) makes my delightful ruby-throated voice sound a bit raspy...hihi.
