Here in 10.34b split is still not possible with the ts850s. I did also
recognize some
minor problems in the bandmap.
When wl imports the frequency from the radio sometimes all frequencies
are written completly out like "00007050234" instead of "7050". But it
remains only for 200 milliseconds. or so.
During the last days I wrote a Software for a small microcontroller
board which
monitors the RS232 line between the TS850 and the PC. The Microcontoller
board gives me out the Banddata information to connect Dunestar filters,
6x2 antenna switch without going additionally via the Paralell Computerport.
By monitoring the traffic between the Radio and the computer on another
serial Port and a Terminal software I found out, that the TS850 is sending
the frequency informations much more often than WL updates them in the
bandmap.
Especially by doing fast S&P, I would appreciate a faster update rate
of the Bandmap.
I believe the frequency readout with Yaesu and Icom radios is much faster.
