[WriteLog] SS multis

Guys
I set up SS and tried a couple of calls. Put in an AA6 call and the section
CA. The section field was "invalid." I forgot that California has a number
of sections. There are several new sections recently created. You might want
to print out a copy of the sections, as I did, just to refresh your memory.
