[WriteLog] PC not generating CW

PC doesn't generate CW when F-key pressed to keyboard activated. I never had
trouble with this abt 10 versions ago, switched to TR, changed op. systems
to XP, switched back to WL and its DOA.

I've already done the port driver thing and it recognizes the ports just
fine, I haven't been able to get the PC to generate CW on XP or Win98 using
10.36. Does the LPT pin re-assignment thing havce anything to with this?
