[WriteLog] Is there TX lock out for CW?

Is there an option in WL to use TX lock out for '2
networked pc 2 radios' configuration for CW, not only
RTTY? TX lock out 'First one wins' and 'Last one wins'
is there for RTTY and seems to work. Can it be used
for CW also without W5XD  or WX0B boxes to keep only
one TX signal? I think this option should be given by
WL without need to buy one of the boxes....
