Do you do a Setup, Save Configuration after you change this? that is
required. This is part of a larger problem that there are 2 places that keep
part of the configuration, the ini file and the contest file. I think that
is a design flaw that should be fixed.

I loose my Fonts and setup of the Cluster window ( follow transmitter, etc)
even though I do save things but the ports do get saved correctly as do most
things. In my opinion the entire state of the program should be saved
automatically when you terminate. It should not be up to you to remember it
and it shod be saved in the contest file or one pointed to by that file. It
cannot be easily done because the ini file is kept in the windows folder
which is also not correct design.

On the other hand, once up and running the program performed flawlessly for
me.
