Jay, WS7I, asked me to post the following information to the groups:

Anyone wishing to submit an entry for the special PSK31 plaque needs to
send a PSK31-only log directly to me at n1nd@arrl.org
 It should also be marked PSK31 Plaque in the SOAPBOX: Field and the
SUBJECT: line of the email. 

 Note: they still must submit the entire log to the robot for adjudication.
 We will handle the PSK31 issue separately.
