   You need the following:
MoveNextOnEnter=1

   However, I prefer to leave this set to "0" so that I can continue to edit 
the callsign while WL starts transmitting it on the
air.  Usually I type the first couple of characters in the call and then hit 
Enter to start the reply to the distant station, and
finish up with the last few characters.  This is important mostly in CW and 
SSB.  In RTTY one has usually grabbed the whole call.
