[WriteLog] ADI file foramt

Hi


The Logger32 beta test crew state that ADIF file format requires an  RST
field, even if it is not exchanged (!), as in the Sprints. The lack of
this causes the file import to be rejected.


They also state that the RST received field should be called <RST_RCVD>
and *not* <RST> as used by Writelog. This is also problematic.


Any gurus have opinions?
