1B0 is not valid for DXCC or a mult in virtually all contests (same for 4O/4N/YU4). Their entry is not allowed by most contests too. However, leave their contacts in your log as they will either count or simply removed without penalty. Northern Cyrpus will never count for DXCC ....not in our lifetime. 73 Dave K4JRB |
