Check with the writer of the core dll used in may programs. All work
together that I have seen, come on it has to be out there?
There is no difference between psk31 and ask except the baudrate, that is
it. Twice the rate and so twice bandwidth!

I did a quick google search on psk63 and didn't spot anything I
would call a definitive/authoritative document on the mode. I'm
not willing to allocate time to write code to a guess as to what
the definition is, so I request someone point me to the a
formal/authoritative description of psk63.
