[WriteLog] VE mult defaults

Is there any way for WL to put default mults for VEs in the mult field?

That is, a VE3 is always in ON (and if he is signing /VE4 then he is always
in SK.) Is there any way to get WL to just put ON in the mult field for
every VE3 call?
