The latest version of namedmul.ini is up on the Writelog web site. This
version is 22Sept03. It corrects the California QSO Party for only eight
Canadian mulitpliers and includes the latest ARRL Contest Rule changes to
use both the NT and the NWT designator in various ARRL contests. I did
include the history and guidance files this time.
