[WriteLog] contest module authors--update to WL contest wizardavailable

The next release of WriteLog (10.43) will enable a contest module to control
the contents of the Cabrillo output in much more detail than was possible
before. This should help more modules have outputs that more closely match
what the contest sponsors want. The necessary tools are here:

10.43 is NOT yet available. It will be available after it passes beta test
and I don't have any good way to predict how long that will be.
