[WriteLog] Win2000 Question

I am using the KAM+.

I also have a dual-boot system with WIN98 and WIN2000.

All works well when using WIN98.

However, when using WIN2000, the KAM will not initialize.  The Writelog.ini 
file looks identical in both cases.  

There has been a history of the KAM not initializing into Host mode with 
Writelog, but it does so fine under my WIN98 boot.

Ideas?
