Same problem here with writelog 10.45 M,
BTW I have resend after edit Cabrillo file as following :
CATEGORY: SINGLE-OP ALL LOW
writelog create instead off
CATEGORY: SINGLE-OP ALL LOW RTTY
removed RTTY character as above
