[WriteLog] Editing clock times

On one of the two PCs used in the WPX last weekend - the clock was off by 15
minutes - and of course not discovered until late in the contest. Is there
some way I can make a global edit or should I make the owner of the computer
go trough and edit the 1200 contacts individually?
