Ed -

My personal experience with Wayne has been excellent. He was kind enough to
help me with a custom implementation of the MK1100 keyer and resolution of a
long standing TS850 problem. In the TS850 case, he offered advice to my
incomplete observations, but when I produced hard data, he gave me a fix
overnight.

I still contend that the weak link of Writelog is still the OS it runs on.

As a bit of evidence, I use two computers in a SO2R setup and went several
seasons without going a full contest without one or both computers crashing.
When I converted to W2K, there has not been a problem since, and I am still
running the same version of Writelog.

Interesting that I have seen no reply of any sort from Wayne. I would think
that for the price of this commercial software the author at least would
provide some type of viable solution.Actually in just about a year on this
list, I haven't seen but about a half dozen posts from the author.
