Howdy fellas:
I have been using Writelog for several years, almost from its inception I think!
I am running a TS-870, which I have used in the past. Problem is, I can't get
the rig to go into transmit using afsk or ssb. It's almost like the audio out
of the soundcard is not getting into the radio.
I have the accessory port connected to the computer with one line from the mike
input to the line out (one of the speaker outputs), and the received audio out
to the line input.
I also have the rs232 line from rig to computer com port with a simple
transistor ptt setup.
Things seem to work on cw, but not on rtty (afsk).
Also if I use psk31 mode with other psk programs, I can receive but not
transmit, all i get is a sidetone but no rf out.
The killer is, this was all working at one time. The only change is the
computer and it's the same except old soundcard was a soundblaster audigy, this
one is audigy 2.
Any suggestions before all my hair is pulled out?
