[WriteLog] Recorded MSG Won't Release PTT

I tried Don & Scot's suggestions to no avail. This problem exists whether or
not the transceivers (Kenwood TS-950SDXs) are in VOX or manual. I've tried
every possible combination of PTT in Setup/Ports.

This started early this year, but it was only recently that I tried with a
different W5XD keyer and a different computer. I was sure the problem was in
the keyer, but that is not the case.

Any more suggestions?
