[WriteLog] Call signs NOT highlighting

Hi Folks

I have two installations of 10.5d: XP Pro in which the call signs are NOT 
highlighting, the other is a WIN98 installation...in it the call signs ARE 
highlighting.

I have compared writelog.ini files and don't see any thing different.
