[WriteLog] CW decoder problem

Just upgraded from 10.40 -> 10.49. Big jump. Most everything went
smoothly.

The CW Display window no longer works. The window comes up, but the
Start CW Receive button does nothing. In <right click> Setup CW Decoder
both Min WPM and Max WPM read "Static", and the up and down arrows don't
work. The Display WPM check box is grayed out.

Suggestions, please. Many thanks.
