[WriteLog] CW messages for the CQWW contest

Hello!

I will be (hopefully) using WriteLog for the first time during the upcoming 
CQWW CW contest. 

As I was using other (single stroke entry) programs in the past I wonder if 
somebody can help me with a  practical proven set of CW messages for WriteLog's 
Function Keys?
