[WriteLog] Message Play Level

Thanks Hal for the suggestion.
I tried updating the SoundMax driver and it was successful, but did not
remove the greyed out selection box for the Message Play Level.
I would sure love Wayne to weigh in on what condition causes the graying
out in that part of the application so I can dive in the right
direction.  
Greyed out in PA,
