Thanks to those that replied.   I think I got the problem solved.  All 
seems to work fine now including the mmtty plugin.    Seems it involved 
making sure the CW Keyer Type was set to PC generates instead of 
whatever it was set to before,   The Rascal is working fine now with 
Writelog and MMTTY plugin.
