[WriteLog] SP DX RTTY Contest

I am setting up Writelog for the SP DX RTTY contest tomorrow.  When selecting 
Contest > Parameter Setup from the menu, the module asks for "Voivodeship".  
What is this in English?  Do I need to put something in here?
