1. Copy CQM.dll in to ...\WriteLog\Programs\
2.START
3. RUN
4.REGSVR32.EXE ...\WriteLog\Programs\CQM.dll <Enter>
(for example in my case
REGSVR32.EXE c:\ham\Programs\CQM.dll
That's all!
