[WriteLog] TS-570 Erratic CW

This is the last, it's fixed.
I cranked the serial port baud rate down to 4800 from 9600 (who needs
data that fast) and the CW is as pure as with the K2.
Thanks for the bandwidth, now on to the next contest.  SO2R is Great!
