Check that your radio is on a VFO, and not on a tuneable memory.

Packet spots are coming up ok over telenet. However, when clicking on the
spot, the call will appear in the logging window ok and the rig will go to
the freq ok, but then the rig will snap right back to the original freq.
What is the fix?
