[WriteLog] Bug: WPX mult report

It appears to me that there's a bug in the WPX mult report. I think it lists
unique mults by band, when it should be counting each mult only once. The
latter would be useful for determining how many 6-point, 4-point, 3-point,
2-point and 1-point QSOs were worked.
