[WriteLog] Setting up voice files

I'm finally going to try SS SSB at the club station.

We want to set up the 0-9, a-z, etc files for each operator, but using WL to
make them (Shift-Fkey) leaves gaps.
And Sound Recorder doesn't work much better.

Is there a better way to make the files?
