Norm,
Go to Setup, CW/RTTY/SSB Messages... Click Browse... and navigate to the
file that you used before which has the messages you want.
For Sweeps you might also want to use the Tools, Preset exchange from ADI
file to bring in previous data such as precedence, year, section from a
previous contest. You need to have exported an ADIF file from a Sweeps
contest say from last year.
