[WriteLog] Changing dupe setting

I cannot figure out - or remember - how to change an existing contest
module that would ordinarily allow working a station on each of six
bands without declaring a dupe (like ARRL DX) to one where the station
can only be worked once on any band after which the second and
subsequent bands would be declared a dupe (like ARRL-SS).

Anyone know how to do this?
