[WriteLog] RTTY Xmission Intermittently Stops Beginning of Message

Is there a solution for WL/Rttyrite or MMTTY that will fix an intermittent
dropping of the radio transmitting when sending a message?
 
What happens is that when transmitting a message MMTTY continues to display
a transmitting signal in the X-Y scope but the radio stops transmitting
almost at the very beginning of the message.
