[WriteLog] cqww rtty cabrillo to lotw

I am having trouble signing the writelog cabrillo file to lotw.  If I 
adjust the cabrillo file by removing the FL and moving the station 
worked over to the FL column it will accept it. Not much fun with the 
many qso's in the log.  Any help??   Tom Colyard  K4MM
