[WriteLog] write-log ini file

I have looked many times in the window file , and folks it is not there.  
Remember my OS is Vista not XP.  It must be somewhere on the drive.  I have 
done a total search and no luck.  It would just be nice if I knew where it is, 
if indeed it is.  hi.  Rog
