Yes, WL is indeed a contest logging program, and yes, there are indeed many
PSK contests!
Not only that, but just in case you weren't aware, WL has a built in PSK
decoder, which is why it is being discussed here.
Some digital contests allow all digital modes, and PSK is included in the
digital modes.
PSK was being discussed as a question was asked as to whether the PSK
decoder built in to Writelog could be improved.
Dip your toe and give the digital modes a try!
