Brian,

The "feed audio to the sound card" part is the problem.  I'm not getting any
signal to the "WriteLog PSK Control" popup window. 

I'm using the SignaLink USB device so it's AFSK.  MMTTY works just fine but
I suspect that having the MMTTY Plug-in installed is somehow affecting the
ability to receive PSK.  

Any suggestions?

Hi Aubrey
Open a RTTY window
go to the RTTY window and click on TU type
     Select Sound Card
In the RTTY window, click on Mode
     Select Bpsk
Feed audio to the sound card and tune the receiver to print a station in the

RTTY window.
