I confirm that 10.65 outputs all zeros on LPT ports (whether the
multi-keyer, or a built-in LPT, or the MK2R) for 160m by default, and that
the correct (i..e documented) behavior is to output a 4 bit "one".

The workaround previously emailed to writelog.com does work, but has more
than is necessary.
It turns out that only 160m is wrong, so the only INI entry required to
restore the default behavior is this one:

[BandRelayEncode]
160=1

The default output (i.e. the output you get with no BandRelayEncode INI
entries) will go back to "one" in the next version.
