[WriteLog] W5XD keyer issue.

We lost power here recently and when it came back I can no longer 
control the speed on my W5XD Multi-Keyer. Using the pot I can switch 
from right to left and there is some speed adjustment although it is 
fast and much faster. :) The slowest speed is about 40 to 50WPM.

The voltage from the wall wart is 15.6VDC with no load.

Anybody have a idea what might have happened and how it can be fixed ?
