[WriteLog] Error box

Every time I open ver. 10.67b, I immediately get an error window that 
says "UserPara.INI,(string of nonsense characters)".

So far I have found no operating problems, but I have only done some CW 
practice sessions.

Does anyone know what is going on here? I never saw this before 10.67b.
