[WriteLog] AFSK Frequency Offset setting?

Hello everyone,

Operating WW RTTY using AFSK packet assistance this weekend was very
frustrating.  I'm using TS-940's so don't have a menu to correct the
frequency display and/or data sent to the computer.  Is there an offset
setting somewhere in the .ini file or elsewhere?  I couldn't find anything
in my looking over the weekend, but it was distracted by trying to work the
contest.
