On the location, "NC" should have been selected from the pull-down menu with
ARRL sections. Is that where you entered it? If not, then WriteLog won't
created the LOCATION: NC line in the Cabrillo header.
On the "over 50" category, the robot rejects it because is not supported by
the contest. The robot is simply screening format problems on the log so
that you can correct them and re-submit.
