Hi Mike:

That's an interesting way of filtering. I've tried to filter out the west 
coast on the VE7CC User Program by state and province but it usually ends up 
filtering all of the other states and giving me only the west coast. I've 
tried it several times as both a PASS and a REJECT and it always seems to 
get messed up.

I'll definitely give your cluster at try.
