[WriteLog] FT-990 Rig Control

Got a problem with WriteLog V10.72E and my Yaesu FT-990.

I am using a CAT cable from COM1 on the PC (XP Pro) everything works fine 
except the mouse wheel changes the Rig frequency in 100Hz steps rather than 
10Hz steps.

I use the same set-up with DXLab Suite Commander V8.0.0 where the mouse wheel 
increments the RIG frequency in 10Hz steps.

Any pointers as to what the problem is ?
