[WriteLog] Updated Set-up Guides ...

I have uploaded updated setup guides for the WriteLog and 
microHAM MK2R/MK2R+ to the files area of the microHAM group 
on Yahoo (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/microHAM).  The same 
files are available through the "Download Documents" link in 
Router's Help Menu. 

The updates reflect changes/updates to WriteLog since 10.69 
and to microHAM Router since 5.1.4.
